Live on the beach in a nice 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with multiple pools, ocean views, laundry facility on-site, gym, secured parking, beach access, and more. Will update pics next week, several updates have been made. The unit is furnished but can store the furniture if you have your own. There's a queen bed in the bedroom, a pull-out couch, and two beds built-in for younger kids, if you got them. Perfect spot for the fisherman, and blazing Wi-Fi for work from home! The unit was leased for $100/night, but we don't need the hassle working with new guests every day and prefer a long-term tenant who will take care of the place. Tenant pays for electric. Wi-Fi & basic cable are included, and unit is furnished, but can store furnishings if you have your own furniture. We do not require renters insurance but do recommend it.
