Will pay anyone who sells this condo for us $5,000. This includes realtors but we personally will not sign up with a realtor as we choose to keep it for sale by owner. This condo was purchased for us to have a place to stay while our home was being built. We stayed maybe 6 times for a week each time. It is in a perfect location. Very close to beach access. Pool on property as well as a private gym.
