This ranch style home is located on a quiet country road on 29 acres of the Happy Yak Ranch. There are multiple porches with unobstructed mountain views. Wildlife often wander through the property such as deer, bobcats, wild turkeys, bears, and a variety of birds and ducks. You will also see our small herd of Tibetan yaks wandering our pastures. The owners reside on this 29 acre property and enjoy the farm life including raising livestock, gardening, etc. The ranch owners house is approx. 500 ft from this rental home. Downtown Fort Collins is a short 15 minute drive where you will find a vibrant, old town atmosphere with lots of dining, pubs and shopping. A local grocery store is about 4.5 miles down the road in Laporte. King Soopers and Walmart are also an option, about 10 -12 miles from our location. Our local coffee shop, Howling Cow Cafe, is only minutes away at the local dairy and yogurt producer, Noosa. Horsetooth Reservoir is just 10 minutes away with water sports and fishing. Poudre Canyon is a short drive away as well, with sightseeing, hiking and river activities. Yes, we really are in an awesome location! Very quiet and private, but close to so many activities. It does feel like a little slice of heaven to us. For $5000 per month, we offer you a fully furnished home with all the amenities. We cover all the utilities, maintenance and lawn care. You get to enjoy the peace and quiet of the country life, while still being close to all that Fort Collins has to offer. This is a non-smoking house, which also includes vaping and marijuana. Dogs are allowed with nonrefundable pet deposit, however, dogs must be non aggressive, well behaved and house trained. One month minimum stay with longer lease available. All utilities are included with $5000 per month rental agreement. A comprehensive lease agreement will be required with a $2500 refundable deposit. Yard maintenance is provided by owners who live on the adjacent property approximately 500 feet away.
