Needs fixing up,Two story on 3 lakeside lots,an two trailers on their on lakeside lots The two trailers i rent for $500. each.And they are a joining .The lots are big .for the price i am asking the two rental trailers would be more than enough to make the loan payment.The 3 homes were left too me by my mom .sale or trade for mountain home in Georgia .The upstairs was a large game room ,but could be made into 4 large bedrooms .fishing is good,i catch good large mouth bass off my pier ,biggest i have caught 13 lb,.nothing but channel cat in lake brim , crappie and bass.Lake is 268 acres ,swimming area ,and can ski.
