Noise Tenant shall maintain reasonable noise levels at all times. Quiet enjoyment of the property for all occupants must be respected. Parking Street parking only. Tenant may park in front of the property or on the street. Tenant shall not block any driveway. Tenant shall not park in the space between the property and the neighboring house to the west. Trash Tenant is responsible for placing trash in the designated alley bin and maintaining cleanliness in shared areas. Shared Areas The yard and common areas are shared spaces. Tenant agrees to keep these areas clean and to be respectful of other occupants. General Conduct Tenant agrees to maintain a clean, respectful, and cooperative living environment. Any behavior that disrupts the household or violates these terms may be considered a breach of lease.
