Clarifications: I'm looking to rent out the 2 available rooms in the house (not renting the whole place) for 1K per month for each room. The newly built 2 story townhouse/condo is located in Temecula Sommers Bend, which has 3 bedrooms with 2 1/2 bath. It has a spacious living room, loft, patio perfect for just relaxing and entertainment for indoor and outdoor. The townhouse is right beside the newly built Sport Ranch Community Park perfect for those who play basketball, soccer, football, and baseball. There is also a mile long trail for those like to run or walk. The clubhouse and it's amenities comes with a pool, gym, wellness classes, barbecue area, the barn, playground, and monthly events. Rooms: 2 rooms available with new mattress ready for use (Can be removed as requested). Shared Spaces: Living room, kitchen, loft, dining area, patio, and bathrooms. Parking: Street parking spaces Amenities: High-Speed Internet, Central Heating and Air Conditing, Washer and Dryer, Pool, Gym, and Playgrounds. Household: No pets allowed willing to negotiate if it's a small animal. No smoking, vaping, or drug use. Keep noises to a minimun after 10pm in respect for neighbours and other tenants. Background Check: Must have proof of employement and will be doing background check. Application and Deposit: There will be an application fee to cover background check and require 1 month of rent for deposit. At least 1 year duration lease. There will be a background checks, which applicant will covers the cost $50. The utilities are already included in the rent. No termination fee, but must give 2 weeks notice. $25 fee for returned checks. If any of keys (house, mailbox, clubhouse) are lost tenant covers the fee for replacement. If tenant damages the property, they are responsible for the repair cost. Tenant must have renter's insurance.
