My dogs can play freely inside the enchanting wrought iron gated backyard which also encloses family parking. My friends compliment my art collection prominently displayed throughout in art niches and built-ins. Tall ceilings create an extra illusion of space, like a 2-story would, yet all living space is on one level. I can host overnight guests and comfortably set them up on one side of the house while I enjoy my quiet master retreat on the opposite side of the house. And there's no HOA nor extra mud tax. Host book club meetings or outside cook outs on the covered back porch. Won't last!
