    Country Club of Sarasota (CCS) is unique in so many ways that once past the GUARD HOUSE you will be delighted at every turn of its gently winding roads. Delighted that every one of these 296 homes are architecturally distinct, that all have generous lots--most, like this one, with golf course views-- and that the HOA (which is very low) does NOT require membership in ANY club. Know that remodeled homes in the community have sold this year for over one million. Country Club of Sarasota is also ideally located just moments from COSTCO and STARBUCKS. Stickney Point Bridge (access to SIESTA KEY) is a mere 3 miles up the road. Interstate-75 Clark Road exit is also conveniently near. 24-hour notice please. Cash buyers preferred.
