Hello! I am looking for a roommate to move in on January 1st. The house is a duplex located in the Broadmoor, New Orleans area. There are 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. Each room in the house is accompanied by big windows so there's plenty of natural light all throughout the house. The house has central AC and each room has its own fan. There is a dedicated room with a washer and dryer in it that is accessed through one of the bedrooms. We have a driveway that is shared with the downstairs neighbors. We also have a nice balcony with a pretty good view of the street. Pets are welcomed. I currently have a cat. Rent is $825 each a month and about $150 each for utilities.
