The tenants who last rented it stayed for nine years, which makes sense. 395 12th Street #1, Park Slope, is a parlor level, just renovated one bedroom with a large private yard and steps to Seventh Avenue as well as three (3) minutes to the F/G trains available now. The living room fits a full living set and the bedroom is comfortable. The eat-in kitchen has upgraded cabinets, a dishwasher and stainless-steel refrigerator affords even separation from the former rooms for peace and quiet. Step out into the yard from the bedroom, extending to the back of the lot, for grilling and (eventual) gatherings. Full bath, 11' high decorative tin ceiling, inlaid oak floor, fireplace with white marble mantle. Heat and hot water included. Private laundry possible with added surcharge. One cat okay.
