Unfurnished but currently has a full bed, and a 3 drawer dresser that can be removed. One shared bathroom with plenty of area for renters belongings. I have an Aussie who is 7 and one young cat. No other pets allowed in the house. Duplex - cannot hear people on other side. No thru street and is paved. No streetlights. Motion detectors in front and back; Safe neighborhood in a Country-type setting with woods in front and back of duplex. Close to a plaza 12x20 back porch Central heat and air Fully carpeted except bathroom and kitchen. Common areas are fully furnished, no space for additional furniture. Please no clutter in the common areas. No smoking, no drinking, no loud music. This is not tolerated, and you will be evicted for violating this. Renter must have a car/transportation. Bus line is one mile from house. I require one month's rent for a deposit. 1 year lease
