Our subdivision (The Overlook) is located up on a hill overlooking *Westerville Rec Center and spacious soccer fields with two playgrounds, and basketball courts. We are also 5 minutes away from Polaris Fashion Mall, Uptown Westerville, Nationwide Children's Hospital, and St. Ann's Hospital Westerville location. 10 minutes drive to Chase Bank Headquarter, and easy access to 270 and 70 freeway. Very safe and friendly with a small town feel but city conveniences. It's really a perfect location! Our neighborhood is small, about 90 houses in total, but we are a close-knit subdivision. We often have neighborhood activities year round including, summer picnic, winter party for women, bunco night, and progressive dinner. *Westerville was named by Money's Best Places to Live in 2009 and 2011
