I started remodeling in march 2023 when downstairs tenants were still living there. there was no heat working in the house for a few months.. i finally replaced all windows in aug 14.2023. I asked the tenets to move because i promised a person they could live in this house.. as of sept 23 i still did not finish anything I blamed the previous tenets for damages… They didn’t damage anything… i need to make extra money and so i blamed them because i own homes!!! I can do what i can!! so upstairs still has cockroach problem Please help me get rid of them…
