The rent is $1900 and the utilities for 2 people are around $100. Move-in fees are first, last, and security deposit. They are also pet-friendly. The unit is in a 7-unit building and most of the other people in the complex are grad students or young professionals. It's not too far from Penn Presbyterian and is right on the number 10 trolley line plus about a ten-minute walk from the MFL (plus Bart's Bagels is literally right downstairs.) The apartment has central heating and AC, a dishwasher, and a washer and dryer IN UNIT! We really like the landlord company and they've always been quick with any repairs. There's a rooftop area we usually use as a garden but we've also hosted a paint and sip and an engagement party up there.
