The main living space is wide open with a huge great room open to a loft. The kitchen and office room have tall 9 ft ceilings. Stainless steel appliances and double oven/range. The basement has another family room (or toy room) and a furnished theater included with longer lease (we can leave the seats and theater equipment). The views of the mountain and valley just outside the front door are amazing. Rent is $2,100 per month we can be flexible with lease length for the right renters. Tenant responsible for all utilities except HOA as well as Renters insurance. $2,000 security deposit plus first and last month rent due at signing. Length of lease can be flexible minimum of 6 months. Tenant pays all utilities but hoa.
