If you leave a space dirtier in any way than it was when you came to it initially that's not being clean. I'm very considerate and I would love for you to be too. My preferred AC temperature is 76-78, save the planet yo. * Furniture/decoration: The house is already full except for your room. * Lease: The lease is month to month. 2 month move-out notice.
