In the summer utilities typically are around 200-250$ depending on usage, and during the winter 300-350$ depending on usage. Tenant is responsible for snow removal (snowblower and shovels are provided). Total move in costs: One months rent of 1650 + 1250 deposit (and if pets a one time 300$ deposit covering all pets).
