Right outside your apartment you conveniently will have a Walgreens, 24-hour Gas Station, sushi place, two different smoke shops, Subway, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, GameStop, a mexican place & a thai place. About a 15 min walk to the Wrigleyville Stadium & about 15-20 min walk to the heart of Boystown. The apartment is brightly lit with natural sun every day. Has a sweetheart balcony and a shared balcony in the back with extremely chill neighbors. The apartment includes the dishwasher and working fireplace. The place is extremely spacious and has laundry in the basement (no coins all through an app that takes credit/debit cards). Street parking is fairly easy to find at all times of the day. I am only leaving this place due to a job opportunity. Landlords are very responsive and attentive. Looking for someone to take over the lease either May 1st or June 1st. I work from home so I am flexible to show the apartment and happy to do any virtual/ Facetime/ Zoom walkthroughs as well. NOTE: In the bedroom pictures my drawers & TV are placed there but doors will be reinstalled before move out & there is another deep & high ceilinged closet right next to the bathroom in the hallway.
