The apartment is in the Springs at Bettendorf property which includes a pool, 24 hour workout center, and dog park on site. Dogs and cats are allowed with a $15 monthly pet fee. There is ample lot parking included in rent. Utilities are not included in rent, but on average about $45 per month.
