Deposit required. References required. This is on a working farm so there will be farm equipment coming in and out of driveway which must be cleared. No use of farm grounds is permitted due to danger to tenants/guests and risk of livestock getting out. No smoking and this is an absolute. Tenant will be required to mow during mowing season and likewise remove snow and or ice during inclement weather. No smoking. This is not negotiable. No Pets. This too is not negotiable. I've had really bad experiences with pets from prior tenants and the costs to repair are extreme.
