If you have a dog, we expect you to regularly remove all dog poo. No or very limited cellular coverage; house has a land phone line that can have DSL internet from Century Link. It is the mountains; it does snow and get cold in the winter. Also, please no marijuana consumption, storage, cultivation, or distribution on the property. No smoking.
