You also have complete access to the whole house except for the bedrooms upstairs. Must provide proof of employment. Rent is due the first of every month. Must be able to pass a background check. You will have to pay $900 first month rent plus a $900 deposit the day of move-in. The $900 rent includes gas, electricity, water, trash, and Internet. The lease runs out at the end of every month.
