Conveniently located close to Atlanta airport and multiple Highways. It has brand new kitchen cabinets and counter tops. Five minuets to Publix, walking distance to public park and few minuets away from the river.(Chatahootchee) House is total electric and water is from a well so there is no water bill to pay. Landscaping is the responsibility of the tenant so you need to have a good lawn mower and weed eater. I would like to sign a two year lease but willing to do one year lease as well. I don't allow smoking inside the house but it is OK by the front porch. I am looking for a tenant that can take care of the minor repairs and not bother me for every little thing.
