This relatively new house has only been used as a hunting cabin but could easily be made into year round home. It has a full basement and nice very private grounds. Enjoy time on the porch or by the outside fire pit. The Great Room has built in bunks for extra sleeping along with the living and kitchen areas. It also has a wood shed 10x16 and tool shed 8x12. the well is down 350ft they do not use for drinking but owner feels all it needs is a filter on it They get drinking water about 2 miles down road for drinking from a spring. The hot water tank is gas and do not no if it works or no they have never hooked up.
