The drive up to the house is amazing, with lots of greenery; the drive down the mountain is the view of ocean and diamond head. In the mornings, the air is very refreshing, throughout the day you can see the sun rise till sunset. The air is very refreshing throughout the day too, with birds chirping like your in nature. We provide two parking spaces which are inside the gate. From the parking space, straight down is the private entrance (separated from the rest of the house). Our walls and floor tiles are all newly done within these few years. Water and electricity bills are included in the monthly rent. No smoking and parties. Rent must be paid on the same date every month, this date is the day you move in.
