It's a private sunny space at a low rate for SLO, however... the home is old and imperfect; housemate has to like "funky:" the garden is natural; the parking is tandem; rooms are teeny-tiny and poorly insulated, so some bundling up can be required on cold winter nights and some tolerating a few hot summer days; there is some nighttime highway noise audible; the kitchenette does not have a full oven; the owner shares the home and is sensitive to chemicals and smoke, so absolutely no smoking or burning of any kind, no strong perfumes and unscented bio laundry detergent required. As a small shared space near to other residents of the home, the home is not suitable for entertaining or more than one person. 12 month; no smoking; etc
