Guys, Last minute move to Dallas. I am literally packing and leaving today; the apartment is half empty. I love my apartment and am sad to leave, the unit is in one of the best locations in St.Louis. I took the apartment for last semester of SLU grad school and now have a job offer I cant pass up. The apartment has a large spacious living room, an open fully renovated kitchen, freshly re-tiled bath, a large master bedroom and a smaller room for an office, plus laundry in unit which was a must have for me. I am currently paying 1100 for the unit but I will pay $205 per month for the next person till the end of my lease.
