It is very well furnished and stocked. I can also put in storage anything that is needed. Owner will pay for water, unless use becomes exorbitant. Tenant will pay for Gas and Electric (solar panels are used so electric is $115/month) Wifi can be added to rent if needed. Last months rent will also be due(however can be added to rent and paid out monthly) This is for a minimum of 1 year and up to 3 years max. There is no smoking allowed. You can park at least 2 cars in the driveway, however there is always parking in front of the house on the street. Tenant will be responsible for any minor maintenance. House has been kept up well and runs smoothly so I don't forsee this being an issue. The ADU has a tenant living there. He is single and has a dog. They are private and keep to themselves.
