REQUIREMENTS: 3x rent amount in household income before taxes. Good or Excellent credit. Good rental history and no evictions. LEASE TERMS: Tenant is responsible for all utilities and landscaping. Lease term is 1 year, followed by month-to-month. Security deposit of 1 month's rent is due within 24 hours of qualifying. First month's rent is due at move-in. Lease must start within 2 weeks of approval. Pets are allowed with a fee: +$50/mo for each pet, up to 3 pets. No additional pet deposit is required. APPLYING: Applications will be provided by request following the appointment. Each adult (18 and over) must submit an application, photo ID, and proof of income.
