Short walk to all of Easton mall (restaurants, shopping, movie theatre, Trader Joe's, etc.). Lived here for over 4 years so current rent is way below current prices (over $400 lower for this sq. ft. and model - upstairs bedroom is very large). Taking over my lease before it ends will lock in these lower rates if you plan on staying past lease end date. Property amenities include a pool and gym. Lease is through early May 2021 @ $1,265/month and is available December 1st (possibly earlier if needed). Tenants responsible for all utilities (water, sewer & trash billed by rental company ~ $50/mo.). Electric bill has been $80 - $125 per month since I've lived here.
