The home is almost 1100 sq ft on the main floor, and has a full-size, poured cement, dry, unfinished basement with washer and dryer. There is a very large, beautiful double deck with a wheelchair ramp entry into the back sliding door. There is a large, pet friendly fenced backyard, a wooden playset with a platform, climbing wall and swings. There is a huge shed which was previously used for a woodworking shop and is currently being used for storage. There is space for a garden. The house was beautifully refurbished 3 years ago with new wood floors, stainless steel appliances (microwave, dishwasher, stove and refrigerator), new countertops, a beautiful 8-ft maple bar table with bar chairs for extra serving space and workspace, coffee bar and drawers, new pantry, new paint, new light fixtures, etc. $1985 a month, 2 pets allowed at $35 per month each. $300 pet fee up-front, $900 damage deposit, $400 non-refundable cleaning fee which means we will clean it when you move out.
