    First I'm going to start off by listing everything about the house then I'll tell all the extras and go from there .... The house was Built-in 1999 it is 1300 ft² 3 bedrooms 1 and a 1/2 bath 2 bedrooms are smaller kid bedrooms and one is a master bedroom with a Jacuzzi tub in it... The kitchen has recently been painted and has all new updated appliances which will stay with the house. Stainless steel Whirlpool refrigerator 9 months old. At the front of the house there is in addition like a breezeway or mud Room that is approximately 13 by 13 with a door on both sides.. Detached right beside the house is a 2 and a 1/2 to 3 car garage 24 by 30 concrete floor has to 220 electric in the garage. One door rises open with a garage door opener the other side swings open like pool barn .... Out back of the house there is a 16 by 16 shed with a loft in it it is also concrete.. This house and property sits on approximately 15 acres which has a full stable 12 horse stalls a washout station to washer animals it has a tack Room concrete floors The pasture is split up between 3 different patticks new fence all the way around to the woods .the barn is about 40 by 65 or 70 with 2 hangovers on it . This property has in abundance of wildlife Turkey and big deer run through this property I have had mineral sites out for 3 years a lot of time and money spent invested in the outdoors there is a perminent Tower blind built at the back of the property.... We are posting this on here to see how much interests would be in our house as we have found something else that we would like to ...
