This complex does not allow tenants to have pets or any animals . We strictly follow this policy for our rental . To arrange showing we require either a Zillow application or our applicant application. 1 year lease . Currently Our monthly rental includes water & cable TV , access to an exercise room , pool and parking. Tenant will pay electric & internet( if needed.) If Zillow application is allowed , applicant may still be required to fill out other info and background info. Up to $ 100 could be charged for additional reports . We do call on references . Showings will be scheduled for serious applicants. Being a smaller unit only set up for either single person or couple. No smoking, no motorcycles, no pets . Complex does not allow renters to have any pets/animals and this condo isn't set up to have one. Not even an emotion support animal.
