Looking for a risk taker who understands a good deal when they see it!!!! This property is being sold for the land value only. Yes there is a double wide sitting on this property and yes we did previously have it listed for sale. There is a title to the trailer but it is in a third parties name, supposedly the original owner is long gone. There is a risk here, but somebody is going to get a very good deal and could potentially make some very good rental income on this property
