There is a full guest bathroom off the hallway, plus a full guest bathroom with access to the pool area. Pool service is included in the monthly rental rate. Pets considered: up to 2 under 50 lbs, age 1+, prior approval, third-party screening; aggressive breeds not considered. All Hometown Properties of the Gulf Coast residents are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP).
