We have a friendly 8-month-old pit mix who loves other dogs and people. The other tenant is a professional (m) in their 30's who works from home and enjoys cycling. Tenant must complete an application and a credit check with the leasing company. Upon approval from the leasing company, the tenant will be required to sign a roommate agreement. Month-Month lease, 30-day notice required to move out, tenants sign a roommate agreement upon paying their deposit.
