Bedroom is unfurnished, but some furnishings may be negotiable. Bathroom: Shared with one other person Note: Rent is $975/month for single occupancy, or $1075/month for double occupancy. All utilities are included in the monthly cost. HOUSE AMENITIES: - Large food garden (currently planted with blueberries, fava beans, thornless blackberries, cherries, kiwi berries, fennel, and more. You may have a garden bed to plant in if you wish!). - Very nice 1-year-old hot tub is available if you are willing to take responsibility for maintenance (weekly chemicals, periodic empties and refills) since I'm not home often enough to maintain it myself right now. If you don't want to maintain it, no problem; I will keep it off. - Central heating and cooling (via energy efficient electric heat pump). - Climate-controlled garage workout and workshop space with mirrors and mat. - Reverse-osmosis water filtration system in kitchen. - Breville espresso machine. - Robot vacuums and mops the house multiple times per week. The whole house is professionally cleaned once a month, including your room. - Large refrigerator with ice maker. - Covered deck with furniture. - Coded door entry and video doorbell. - 2-car driveway parking and third car can be fit on gravel side-yard or on easily accessible street parking. - Attic storage (not climate controlled). OTHER: - I am rarely home, but when I do come over, I bring my 12-lb dog who my friends and I describe as "the world's best dog." I bathe him every 2-3 weeks, so the house NEVER smells like dog. He LOVES cuddling, and he has run a marathon! Lease duration: Month-to-month (3-month minimum) Smoking: No smoking (cigarettes, cigars, or marijuana) inside the house or within 50 feet of all doors and windows. Tobacco-only vapes are permitted indoors. Note: Policy is strictly for odor control and interior cleanliness. Pet policy: One well-behaved, house-trained dog (under 16 lbs) considered. Requirements: No furniture destruction; must be bathed every 3 weeks to maintain a scent-free environment.
