There is no fireplace nor parking spaces (street parking only); some websites are incorrectly stating there is a fireplace and garage because they are pulling property records data that reference the home as a whole. Water, gas, electric, wifi, and garbage utilities included; if any bills become comparatively high then renter will have to pay extra depending on usage (such as work-from-home). No pets. No cigarettes. Free on-street parking. Month to month short term. Must have good credit and references.
