Move in date currently Sept 1st, but may be earlier if current roommate moves out. -Venetian condos at Regents Rd and Nobel Dr -AC in unit! (not normal for these condos) -Washer/Dryer in unit -2 off street parking spots -202/201/30 outside unit and UTC transit center 10 min walk -duel master so each bedroom has its own bathroom -kitchen fully stocked with pots/pans/dishware/utensils, etc . or space if you bring your own -landlord nice and quick to respond -video of bedroom has furniture because it was taken with the past roommate and current roommates are still in the room. Room is unfurnished. -no dogs as I am allergic, but cats may be ok. -utilities average $90 for 2 people total $120 for 3 people for gas/electric without AC (AC new so no info yet). Internet is free from complex (Spectrum and works great). One year lease. Starts Sept 1, 2024 to Aug 31, 2025. Potential to move in earlier if approved.
