Slide into the bubbly hot tub and forget all your worries. Featuring large porches, beautiful wooden walkways, and stunning views, this home is a splendid retreat for lovers. The cabin is non-smoking and pet-free. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, regular coffee maker, toaster, and other necessities to make cooking a breeze. The living area offers comfortable seating, WiFi, a Roku TV, and a fireplace. The bedroom features a king bed, and there is 1 full bathroom. Outdoors, enjoy a spacious deck with outdoor furniture, a private hot tub, a propane grill with grilling utensils, and a firepit. Fresh linens and towels are provided, along with essential starter packs to make your stay easier. Starter packs include 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, shampoo and conditioner, bar soap, 3 trash bags, and 1 sponge. Firewood must be purchased locally. Primrose is located in a very secluded area between Red River Gorge and Cave Run Lake, close to a multitude of adventuring opportunities such as hiking, rock climbing, kayaking, ziplining, and boat tours. Natural Bridge State Park in Red River Gorge and Cave Run Lake in Morehead, KY are both approximately 45 minutes away. The gravel driveway is very steep and narrow, and 4WD is highly recommended. Check-in begins at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am. Arriving early or departing late will result in additional charges. No events, parties, or large gatherings are allowed. A minimum of $350 per pet will be charged for pets brought to non-pet-friendly cabins or for pets that were not pre-approved. Occasionally, guests may experience weather conditions or power outages that are out of the host's control. The hosts will assist but are not responsible for issues beyond their control. The hot tubs are the most requested amenity, and while every effort is made to keep them functioning perfectly, mechanical problems may occur that cannot be resolved quickly in this remote area, and no refunds are made if this occurs.
