Welcome to 399 Steve Street Senatobia! I am a very private all electric home with a long concrete driveway. You will enjoy my 1.2-acre yard with lots of shade and several little sitting areas. My owner has taken very good care of me, and I am only 7-year-old. I am dressed in brick and vinyl with gutters, a nice front porch and a small back patio. There is a lot of light inside with great flooring and smooth ceilings. The family room offers a electric fireplace when you don't want to use the central unit. I have three (3) bedrooms and two (2) full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a big, beautiful window, walk in closet and nice master bathroom offering a separate shower and jetted tub. My kitchen is large and roomy with eat in area for your table. No shortage of cabinets and wonderful tile flooring. Electric range with microwave and dishwasher. The best part is my bay window so you may enjoy the wildlife while having dinner. Wide hallways are the best that lead to laundry room, garage and back door. Check out the pictures but come see me for yourself. I suppose the double garage rounds out all my features except that I am close to town, shopping, churches, schools and I -55. Upp's I almost forgot I have two (2) storage units that want to stay here with me. P.S. Don't lean on the lamp post its not attached or connected it's just for looks and it may fall if it's pushed. Senatobia is a great place to live and play. My real estate friends will be happy to show me off and show you, our town. We are home to Northwest College, Baddour Center, about 30 minutes from Oxford and about 60 minutes from the Memphis airport. Our hospital is very nice as well as the local doctors.
