The two other bedrooms are of equal size, and both have a full-size bed, a dresser, and a desk. The main room is an open kitchen-and-living-room combo with a couch, bar stools, and a TV. The kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator/freezer, a stove/oven (electric), dishwasher, and microwave. There are three bar stools for in kitchen dining. Our balcony overlooks the swimming pool, hot tub, and BBQ area. The property also has a co-working space with a glass balcony overlooking the ocean. Across from the swimming pool is a small gym and a community kitchen. This area, the neighbors, and the unit are very quiet. The neighborhood is fantastic. The bluff, where surfers hike down with their boards to surf, is at the end of our block. Del Mar Village is about a 10-minute walk and has restaurants, coffee shops, retail shops, etc. Powerhouse Beach is a 10-minute walk (no need to search endlessly for parking), where there is live music, a playground for kids, and a grassy area above the sand. Del Mar Fairgrounds is about a 20-25 minute walk and is home to the county fair, the races, and live music.
