The home is fully furnished. There is a large TREX type deck in the backyard which also includes a good-sized area for your dogs. All maintenance is taken care of by the landlord, of which includes: snowplowing, salting, shoveling and all lawn care. Tenant would be responsible for their own Internet, cable and Propane/Heat. Landlord takes care of Electricity, water, trash removal and all maintenance. Have an RV? We have water available and a Charging station to keep the batteries tiptop. Minimum lease is one year, or 6 months under special circumstances. Cigarette or Cigar Smoking can be enjoyed outside. Parking is limited to 4 cars / trucks.
