Katy's kids, Lily and Francis, were fortunate to spend their entire childhood at 3991 Forest Hill. Growing up in this beautiful Tudor home in the heart of Oakmore, they enjoyed the tight-knit community, formed lasting friendships with neighbors, and cherished biking over to Dimond Park—a highlight of their childhood. Since 1997, Katy has lovingly owned and cared for this home. The family cherished gathering in the oversized dining room—especially when entertaining. They found tranquility in the peaceful backyard and appreciated the bedroom layout that gave the light-filled primary suite a bit of privacy. Cozy afternoons were often spent by the gas-insert heater in the living room, gazing out through the large windows. Thoughtful updates while preserving the home's 1930s craftsmanship. These improvements included replacing the roof, installing Marvin dual-paned windows, landscaping and hardscaping with raised garden beds, updating both bathrooms, and adding a handmade solid wood front door and custom back gate.
