This Unit is only for one tenant not multiple tenants unless authorized by the landlord. Same with pets do not exceed 1 dog and 1 cat in the unit. Noise levels have to be at a minimum because this is a quite area of town. From time to time the RV pad will be occupied which is right next to the Unit. Utility costs are set at $100 for eclectic, water and trash a month. Smoking should only be in cement areas and butts should be disposed of properly. Major fire hazard area.
