    PERFECT short term rental. We live in Florida 10 months of the year and 2 months (June and July) here in Michigan. The house is fully furnished if you need it for a relocations until you are settled, corporate use, etc. Available January - June 6 and early August onward. Beautiful home with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, hardwood floors throughout. It is 90 minutes from Chicago but a world away. Nestled on a private road with nature all around. It is a perfect 4-season retreat. Large yard, swing set, and breath-taking Lake Michigan sunsets. In Stevensville, Michigan, a 10-minute drive to downtown St. Joseph. Near restaurants, shopping, breweries, and a 40-minute drive to Notre Dame. Basement: Cement floor but we have tried to make the basement cozy with rugs. Fully dry-walled walls but the ceiling is not drywalled though it is fully lighted. Full-sized Whirlpool washer/dryer is located in the basement. Ping pong table. Kids toys on along half the long wall in the basement. Bed configuration: First floor: one bedroom with a king bed; next to it is a bathroom with a tub/shower. Second floor: two bedrooms (one with a king bed and one with 2 twin beds- photos show them pushed together so could make them into a third king bed or separate for 2 single beds). These two rooms are adjoined via a jack/jill shower bathroom. (Please Note: Adjacent properties are private on the private path/road. We have our personal items in one small bedroom "owner's room" so while technically it is a 4 bedroom home, only 3 bedrooms are for available for use. There is a detached 2 car garage-- if you need to storage furniture in that, that is fine, if you preferred an unfurnished house. No smoking. Short term -- available through June 6, 2023 and again after September 1. Utilities (gas, electric, internet, wifi) included. You are responsible for snow removal.
