Residents have access to over 9 acres of grounds, with walking trails, an outdoor pool and hot tub and playground area. We have a party house and guest suites that are available to residents. We do not have a gym on the property but do have an agreement set up with a local gym in town called the Weight Room where you would pay us $10 a month for each person to have unlimited access to the gym. This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment that is 1190 square feet. This rents for $1050 which includes all utilities except for electric. The rent DOES include basic cable, a garage space in the heated underground parking garage and a storage space. The average for the electric bill is about $75 a month. There is free laundry on each floor.
