Top floor 1 bar with street facing 25 x 8 foot terrace. Walk up.Possibly the quietist part of Old San Juan yet close to Cafes, Restaurants, Bars. Actually everything in Old San Juan is very close. Only 6 units in the entire building and in Old San Juan terms it has been very recently renovated. We never have electrical nor plumbing problems that some of the extremely old buildings are constantly experiencing. The terrace is great for BBQ and outdoor dining with friends and family and you really feel that you are in the heart of Old San Juan without the crazy noise like on those streets full of bars. The bedroom is in the back and once you're in the bedroom you won't even hear a car pass by. I've been super happy here as my " semi-permanent " ( I've lived abroad quite a bit ) for over 20 years. Any amount of pets is totally negociable as long as nobody is starting a small zoo. Semi-furnished or unfurnished is also totally negociable. I'll be uploading some other photos pronto and I am happy to give you a walk through. I work nearby so I'm pretty flexible for a showing. Oh....you'll see a semi- outdoor space. That is the Shower area. It's prepped for a bathtub or jacuzzi. Owner pays for water but electricity will have to be put in the renter's name. There is a 3 month minimum and all rentals require 1st, last and 1 month security prior to move in. Smoking is fine but again the terrace is so big that you will probably ask people to smoke outside. Up to the renter. The is an additional 125.00 dollar maintenance fee which covers basic common area cleaning and maintenance such as drain clearing, etc...Nothing too heavy.
