Entrance to building is shared only with the studio apartment. Kitchen, dining room, and living room are full sized like a house. Living room, wall connecting to dining area as well as primary bedroom are all painted. 2nd bedroom can be painted by tenant if they choose. Agreement will be put into the lease. 1 car port space and a 2nd assigned off-street parking. Location is 12 miles from Muldoon Exit in Anchorage and 2 miles from Fred Meyers store in Eagle River. Property is on 1 acre lot with surrounding homes also on 1-5 acres. This is a smoke free property: Do not apply if you smoke or vape at all. If caught, it will be breach of contract. No drugs 50 dollar incentive when rent is received before the 1st by landlords. All utilities are included as well as unlimited wifi. pets are negotiable: 500 deposit for each pet.
