Great living and kitchen area with all new appliances and a small deck with gas BBQ off the main living area. It also has an amazing private roof top deck with 360 Degree views. There is a single car space in a secure garage and plenty of free street parking. I will rent fully furnished and cover all amenities. These include, power, gas, water, and high speed internet. Looking for nice respectable professional single person or couple to rent for the full period. I usually have a cleaner come once every month and will happily include that as part of the cost. Asking $4250/month which includes all utilities. Negotiable for the perfect person/s.
